The pitches are rented from 2pm to 12pm the next day. Any departure beyond this period will result in the invoicing of an additional night.

Loire by bike pitches include the rental of a pitch delimited exclusively for a tent and accessible only on foot or by bike and access to reception facilities and sanitary facilities. The price of the “Loire by bike” package includes 1 or 2  people, with a maximum of 6 people per pitch being admitted. The pitches are rented from 2pm to 12pm the next day.

Rental accommodations include rental for 2 to 5 people depending on the choice of rental, as well as parking for one vehicle, water, electricity, gas and access to reception facilities. In the canvas bungalows 4/5 people, 5 people can be accepted after the agreement with the manager (4 adults maximum and 1 child). Our rentals are equipped with tableware, pillows and duvets. Bed linen and towels are not provided. Our rentals are available between 4pm and 7pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10am on the day of departure. Any departure beyond this period will result in the invoicing of an additional night.

Methods of payment: any firm booking request must be confirmed by the payment of a deposit amounting to 30% of the total cost of the stay. The reservation is only binding upon reception of registration confirmation issued by the campsite.

For rentals, the balance must be paid 30 days before the beginning of the stay. (Last-minute booking: any booking made less than 30 days before the date of the departure must be paid in full by credit card or debit card). Methods of payment: cheque, holiday voucher/vacation coupon, credit card and debit card. No reduction will be granted in case of late arrival or early departure. Likewise, in case of arrival after 8pm with failure to notify the campsite, the campsite reserves the right to cancel the reservation and to put the accommodation back up for rent. All sums already paid are then acquired to the benefit of the campsite.

Online booking: any online booking request must be confirmed by the payment of a deposit amounting to 30% of the total cost of the stay. The name, first name and date of birth of the participants must be duly provided. This reservation is only binding upon reception of registration confirmation issued by the campsite. Any reservation made less than 30 days before the date of departure must be paid in full. The pitch chosen by the customer is for information only. The the manager reserves the right to modify it.

The rates are inclusive of all taxes, including a VAT at 10% applicable on the day the rates were determined. All subsequent changes in the applicable VAT rate between the time when the rates were determined and the invoicing of the stay, will result in a correlative modification of the price including all taxes, which the customers should accept unconditionally. The prices include all taxes except the stay tax.

Deposit: a 100€ deposit for the equipment and a 50€ deposit for the cleaning package will be requested upon your arrival. These deposits guarantee the loss, breakage, deterioration of equipment and exteriors, as well as the impeccable cleanliness of the rental. The rental is subject to an inventory of fixtures on arrival by the reservation holder (any anomaly must be reported to us within 24 hours) and on departure by both parties. Any discrepancy will be invoiced. Deposits will be returned at the end of the stay or within a week by mail, subject to the proper execution of these booking conditions. The tenant certifies that he has personal liability insurance covering damage caused to the rented or entrusted property. Camping Au bord de Loire declines all responsibility in the event of theft, fire, bad weather, etc., and in the event of an incident falling under the personal liability of the reservation holder.

Reception of groups of adults: In order ensure individual responsibility and to avoid any noise pollution or damage to equipment (which may be caused by group effect) a deposit of 50€/person will be requested at the beginning of the stay.

Cancellation: All cancellations must be notified by mail, which will take effect from the date of receipt of the mail. For bookings made more than 30 days before the date of the stay, only the amount of the deposit remains the property of the campsite. For bookings made less than 30 days before the date of the stay, the total amount of the rental and reservation fees remains the property of the campsite.

In the event of any emergency circumstances, the manager will take all measures to keep you informed by visits to the campsite and by messages left at reception.

For bookings or rentals that encounter these emergency circumstances, the deposits or invoices paid will be partially or fully refunded depending on the number of days of the rental not carried out.
